The Waterloo East Theatre was founded by Gerald Armin (award winning theatre producer) and opened in September 2010. Since then, the theatre has been home to many successful productions, most notably Briefs, Jest End, and The Great American Trailer Park.
The theatre was set up without grants or subsidies and continues to operate on ticket sales and charitable donations.
The Waterloo East Theatre is a small off-West End venue located near Waterloo Station. The theatre is a simple, basic venue with a small bar area and auditorium of around 100 seats.
