The production debuted on Broadway in 1977 and then in the West End in the following year. The musical is now being revived at the West End’s Piccadilly Theatre, having been absent from London for 18 years.

It closed for a period following damage during WWII, and when it reopened, it became a venue for plays and musicals.
The Piccadilly Theatre is owned by the Ambassador Theatre Group. The best place to buy tickets is through their website. For more information about your visit to the Piccadilly Theatre, read our guide.
