Bat Out Of Hell is a rock ‘n’ roll theatre fantasy created by Jim Steinman. The musical follows the story of Strat and his gang in post-apocalypse Manhattan, ruled by the tyrant, Falco. Strat sets out on a mission of teenage love to free Raven, the imprisoned daughter of Falco.
Bat Out Of Hell played at the Manchester Opera House before opening in the West End’s London Coliseum in June 2017. The show closed in August 2017 and, after a run in Toronto, returned to London’s Dominion Theatre in April 2018.
